Customer Success Representative

Overview:

FarmQA is a growing SaaS company serving the agriculture industry with intuitive digital tools that help agronomists and farmers better manage their operations.

We are seeking a dedicated and determined full-time Customer Success Representative to join our team to help users get the most out of our platform. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and resolve any emerging issues with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, with a strong dedication to customer success.

This is an in-office position based in Fargo, ND, offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, long-term stability, and a comprehensive benefits package.
