Customer Success Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a full-time dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and resolve any emerging issues with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, with a strong dedication to customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow through to resolution.
- Assist with placing orders and doing customer upselling.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Attend trade shows to assist sales and marketing.
Requirements:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Associate degree: bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a similar role within the agriculture industry.
- Knowledge of agriculture software solutions.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
