Health data — location and movement
We access device location (GPS) and detect whether the user is moving or stationary to support core app functionality and optimize battery usage. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored.
Personal data
Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: Email address; Mobile phone number, if you contact us or opt in to receive text messages; Cookies and Usage Data.
Usage data
Automatically collected data when accessing via mobile: device type, unique device ID, IP address, mobile OS, browser type, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
Tracking & cookies data
Session Cookies (operate the Service), Preference Cookies (remember settings), Security Cookies (security purposes).
Use of data
To provide/maintain the Service; notify of changes; allow interactive features; provide customer care and support; analyze and improve the Service; monitor usage; detect/prevent/address technical issues.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you text our support number, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of your messages, and a record of when you opted in or out. We use this information only to respond to your support requests and send updates about them.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that deliver our text messages process this information only to send and receive messages on our behalf.
