SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the FarmQA Support text messaging program (“the Program”), operated by FarmQA, Inc. (“FarmQA,” “we,” “us”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these terms.

What the Program is

The Program lets customers of QA Advisor by FarmQA and QA Farmer by FarmQA get help from our support team by text message. It includes:

Two-way support conversations. You text us a question, and our support team replies by text.
Support request updates. We text you updates on support requests you started by text, such as when we reply, need more information, or resolve your request.

We don’t send marketing or promotional messages through the Program.

How to opt in

You opt in by texting us at 701-505-5332. Texting this number is consent to receive replies and updates by text about the support requests you start this way.

Agreeing to receive text messages isn’t required to buy or use any FarmQA product.

Message frequency and cost

How often you hear from us depends on how many support requests you have open and how often you message us. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from the Program. We’ll send one text confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and then nothing more unless you opt in again. To opt back in, text START to 701-505-5332.

Opting out of texts doesn’t close your support requests. You can still reach us by email or the web form.

Privacy

We use your mobile number and messages only to provide support and send the updates described in these terms. We don’t sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Other terms

Mobile carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Program is available to mobile numbers in the United States.
Don’t send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive account information by text.
We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they’re posted on this page.
