Program Manager

Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and versatile Program Manager to join our team. This role will be crucial in bridging the gap between our customers and our software development team, ensuring that our SaaS solutions meet evolving market needs. You will also be able to contribute to various aspects of our business, including marketing, sales, business development, quality assurance, UX design, and usage analytics. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for customer interactions, gathering and documenting detailed requirements and feedback to drive software improvements.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage the development lifecycle of our SaaS solution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support marketing, sales, and business development efforts, contributing to strategic initiatives and company growth.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure that our software meets high standards of performance and user satisfaction.
• UX Design: Collaborate on UX design projects to enhance the usability and overall experience of our software.
• Analytics: Utilize usage data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize software features and functionality.
• Problem-Solving:Identify and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle, providing innovative solutions to complex issues.

Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement and internal coordination.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to deeply understand and address customer needs, translating them into actionable requirements for development.

• Understanding of Software Development: Knowledge of software development processes, including quality assurance and UX design, is beneficial.
